Happy Friday! Whew! What a week! I am still balancing child care with being back at school (with the help of my husband) although we are all pretty much at home. Next week, my son starts school, so that will help tremendously. Even with everything going on, I am really excited for him to start first grade because he is starting in Spanish immersion! His teachers both seem amazing and responsive. He is doubtful that I as a Spanish teacher can help him or teach him much Spanish. Go figure! At least we have a long weekend- enjoy it!
Here were some blog posts that caught my eye this week:
- I keep reading about Jamboard and am thinking of ways to use it in the classroom.
- Rachel has made some amazing templates with strong ideas on how to incorporate them into virtual teaching.
- Jen shared her tips for teaching in a virtual setting.
- Finally, if you didn’t get to watch as much of the NFLC virtual summit as you would like- they are leaving up the videos for the rest of the year! (Missed my session on We Teach Languages? It is here!)
