Happy Friday! It has been a busy week- but some exciting times with the Nationals wins in DC!! There have been a ton of great regional conferences, and I have been reading all of the tweets. I am definitely getting even more excited for ACTFL here in November. There have also been a ton of interesting posts recently to think about if you aren’t able to attend conferences. Check these out:
- I love that Spanish Mama not only includes the Mexican traditions for Day of the Dead, but traditions from a variety of other countries as well.
- This post. This post is SO important to me and captures my feelings about conferences.
- As I am at a new school and carefully considering what technology that I use, I appreciate Laura’s post about Seesaw and Flipgrid.
- Sara-Elizabeth shares another key to becoming a successful FL teacher- teaching with comprehensible Spanish.
Past posts:
- Last year, I taught Vidas Impactantes to my Spanish 5 class and blogged about the activities and assessments I used to go along with the book.
- My own Día de los Muertos activities
- How to use Actively Learn to complete interpretive reading activities
