House info gap activity

The other day, I completed an info gap activity with my students.  I think they enjoyed describing this picture.  This website has some other great ideas for info gap activities!  They have some great pictures, and it works that it is in English.  Students must then respond in Spanish, but they aren’t saying “what is this picture?”  Here are the questions that I used:

Estudiante A:

  1. ¿Cuántas fantasmas hay en el sótano? ________________________________________
  2. ¿Hay un jardín? _____________________________________________________
  3. ¿Cuántos pisos hay? ____________________________________________________
  4. ¿Cuántas fantasmas hay en la sala? __________________________________________
  5. ¿Hay una fantasma en la cocina? _________________________________________

Estudiante B:

  1. ¿Cuántas fantasmas hay en el dormitorio? ____________________________________
  2. ¿Cuántos baños hay en la casa? ________________________________________________
  3. ¿Hay agua en el baño? ___________________________________________________
  4. ¿Cuántas fantasmas hay en la casa en total? __________________________________
  5. ¿Es una casa grande o pequeña? _______________________________________________
