Plato del día: Technology Integration with Food

I created a quick activity for students to complete during a food unit.  They are given a set amount of money, and they have to convert it to euros and decide on their order from an authentic menu.  They have to use the websites on their computer, but you could easily print the menu if you do not have access to technology.  I integrate this later on assessments by giving them an authentic menu and a set amount of money.  To assess, I will also have them translate their order into English, so I know that they are not just choosing a random order.  You could probably switch it up and tell them that they had to order a complete meal with vegetables and starches etc.
