Parent-teacher conferences

We are having parent-teacher conferences yesterday and today.  Each day before the parent-teacher conferences, I give the students feedback forms.  I feel that this gives them a voice during the conferences.  Students are also pretty frank which can make any conversation easier.  I am including the questions that I ask my middle schoolers.  It also gives me an idea as to what they like in class.  Hope these will help you!

1.  What have you learned or improved upon this year?

 2.  What is one activity that has helped you improve your Spanish?
3.  How frequently have you completed your homework?
4.  How well do you prepare for your tests or quizzes?
5.  How attentive are you in class?
6.  How frequently do you ask questions when you are confused?
7.  What is one thing that would help you improve in Spanish?
8.  Here you can include any other information that you would like your parents to know.
