Reading Activities

BookWorm by TomBrough - cartoon worm with over sized glasses reading a book

Here is a quick link to some amazing activities that students can complete before, during or after reading.  Today my students read a quick story then I gave them three choices based on these activities.  They could draw a timeline with pictures and sentences in the events, write a monologue of the main character’s thoughts or write a conversation between two characters.  It was an easy activity to put together.  Hopefully you could use one of these activities with your students!
